BOARD OF SELECTMEN EXECUTIVE MINUTES SEPTEMBER 3, 2002
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Rosemary Smedile, Chairman; James Xenakis, Donald B.
Stewart,Wendy Wakeman, Susan Haltmaier, Mark Rees, Town Manager.
The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to move into Executive Session. The following transpired:
Pending Litigation—Campion Hall: Town Counsel Thomas Urbelis, stated that the owner of Campion
Hall has agreed to a specific time frame to either develop the property or raze the buildings which he has
not been amendable to do so in the past..
Wendy Wakeman made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart to direct counsel to settle litigation on
Campion Hall. The settlement is expected to be consistent with parameters presented by town counsel.
After discussion the vote was approved 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT: Wendy Wakeman made a MOTION, seconded by Susan Haltmaier to move out of
Executive Session. Vote approved 5-0.
