EXECUTIVE SESSION: Session convened at 6 :00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Rosemary Smedile, Chairman; James Xenakis;
Wendy Wakeman; Donald Stewart; Susan Haltmaier; Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli,
Assistant Town Manager.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted unanimously to move into Session.
Vote approved 5-0.
Wendy Wakeman asked the Town Manager to explain Articles 4 and 7. The Town Manager
explained the process and why these funds needed to be transferred.
The Town Manager said that the Selectmen had to make a motion during the Town Meeting to
withdraw Article 16 from the warrant. Selectmen Smedile said that she would do it.
Wendy Wakeman made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to continue Session into Town
Meeting. Vote approved 5-0.
