MAY 23, 2005
EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Chairman; James Xenakis;
Donald Stewart; Mark J.T. Caggiano; Thomas Licciardello, Mark Rees,Town Manager; Ray Santilli,
Assistant Town Manager.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0.
Ratification of Communications Officer's Contract
The union has formally ratified and signed the contract. The Board of Selectmen was asked to ratify and
sign the contract at tonight's meeting.
James Xenakis made a MOTION, seconded by Mark Caggiano, to approve, ratify and sign the
Communications Officers Contract. Vote approved 5-0.
Building Department update
The Town Manager announced that Bob Nicetta formally resigned, as Building Commissioner and Mike
Maquire will be Acting Building Inspector.
ADJOURNMENT:
Thomas Licciardello made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to move out of Executive Session.
Vote approved 5-0.
