Rosemary Smedile opened the meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Thomas Licciardello, to move into Executive Session to
discuss Real Estate matter. Vote 3-0
EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 4:30 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Chairman; Donald Stewart;
Thomas Licciardello, Mark Rees,Town Manager; and Town Counsel Thomas Urbelis. Mark Caggiano and
James Xenakis were absent.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 3-0.
Town Counsel Thomas Urbelis reviewed the process of purchasing the Cullen Property and asked the board
to authorize the Town Manager to sign the Purchase and Sales Agreement.
Thomas Licciardello made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to authorize the Town Manager Mark
Rees to sign the Purchase and Sales Agreement for the Cullen Property. Vote 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Thomas Licciardello. to move out of Executive Session and
adjourn at 4:45 p.m.. Vote approved 3-0.
