McEvoy Field, 100 Chadwick Street: Application for Special Permit - Site Plan Review. Applicant proposes
renovation of an existing recreational facility that replaces three (3) youth softball fields and two (2) youth
soccer fields, adds a field underdrain and irrigation system, an off-street gravel parking area, a stonedust loop
walkway, and a restroom/concession/storage building, replaces the play equipment with a larger playground and
replaces a full basketball court with a half court.
1630 Osgood Street, Act Theather Company: Application for Special Permit—Osgood Smart Growth Overlay
District. Applicant proposes conversion of existing warehouse space to performing arts center in the Industrial
2 Zone (I-2) and in the Osgood Smart Growth Overlay District.
