Caggiano; Thomas Licciardello, Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli, Assistant Town Manager. The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote approved 5-0. Negotiations with Union Employees Pending Litigation: Mr. Marsh's Ball Field Complaint The Town hired an architect consultant Ben Gary from Monaca &Gary to recommend alternative plans for improvements to the existing backstop to prevent foul balls from landing on the private properties across Dana Street opposite field one. The Town is leaning toward option 2, which is a Protective Net. A high tenacity mesh net to extend from the backstop over the plate using galvanized steel cable suspended on two 30'wood poles. This type of net is used at the field in the baseball complex off Route 110 in Chelmsford. The net is very effective in containing foul balls although it has a shorter, useful life than galvanized chair link. Estimated costs$10,000. Health Insurance Selectman Licciardello said he wanted to invite the School Committee back to the board's next executive session meeting to talk about his health insurance proposal. ADJOURNMENT: James Xenakis made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to move out of Executive Session. Vote approved 5-0. Respectfully submitted, Adele J. Johnson, Administrative Secretary
