EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 P.M.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Thomas Licciardello, Chairman; James Xenakis; Daniel P.
Lanen; Mark J.T. Caggiano; Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli,
Assistant Town Manager.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0.
Land Acquisition
Per the Board's request, Town Counsel redrafted the agreement between the current owner of the
Greenery and the Town of North Andover regarding negotiations on the acquisition of this land to provide
that documents that existed prior to the Board voting to add to acquisition article to the Town Meeting
warrant should not be excluded from future possible litigation.
The Town Manager would invite George Koehler, Chair of the Housing Partnership Committee to a future
meeting and the John Simons indicated that CPA funds would be available for this project.
James Xenakis made a MOTION, seconded by Mark Caggiano, to approve and sign the LOU regarding
the discussions and meetings of HRPT Properties located at 75 Park Street, North Andover, MA.
Vote approved 5-0.
Daniel Laren Recused.
Collective Bargaining
ADJOURNMENT:
Mark Caggiano made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to move out of Executive Session.
Vote approved 5-0.
