EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 P.M.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman Rosemary Connelly Smedile, Clerk Mark J.T.
Caggiano; Daniel P. Lanen; Richard A. Nardella; Tracy M. Watson; Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray
Santilli,Assistant Town Manager and Thomas Urbelis, Town Counsel.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0.
Pendino Litigation
1475 Osgood Street
Town Counsel Thomas Urbelis informed the Board that there was a possible problem with getting a clear
title on the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union property. There was an issue on boundary and
adjacent property with a shed on the Breen property to clear up a title issue, which may take a few weeks.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mark Caggiano made a MOTION, seconded by Daniel Lanen, to move out of Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0.
