EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session convened at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman Daniel Laren; Richard Nardella;William
F. Gordon; Rosemary Connelly Smedile;Tracy M. Watson;Town Manager Mark Rees; Assistant
Town Manager Ray Santilli.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Nardella,to move into Executive
Session to discuss Collective Bargaining. Roll Call vote: William Gordon yes, Rosemary Smedile
yes, Daniel Lanen yes, Richard Nardella yes,Tracy Watson yes. Vote approved 5-0.
Chairman Daniel Laren declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the
bargaining position of the Selectmen.
Health Insurance for Retirees
The Selectmen decided to TABLE this item to be discussed at a later date.
ADJOURMENT:
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile,to move out of Executive
Session. Vote approved 5-0.
