Community Preservation Committee
Minutes of October 11, 2018
Present: Chairman John Simons, Terrance Holland, , C.J. Gangi, Marybeth Soucy-
Larkin, Deborah Feltovic and Brian Roache
Absent: Tracy Watson and William Callahan
Chairman John Simons called the meeting to order at 7:00PM in the meeting room at Town Hall. The
meeting was televised.
Affordable Housing Trust Report
Laurie Burzlaff provided a copy of the Affordable Housing Trust Report that is required to be filed with
the CPC. The CPC funds from this year were used to help fund renovations to the house at 13 Annis
Street.
Reform agenda
This matter was tabled until the next meeting.
Criteria for approving projects
when evaluating and approving projects. He presented an example from the Town of Grafton. Mr.
cy to the process.
Review of open projects/vote to close projects if necessary
Terry Holland asked about Rolling Ridge and status of the parking lot. The committee would like to get
an update from the Housing Authority. CJ Gangi will check on the status of the open Historical
Commission projects.
Approve minutes of June 14, 2018
Marybeth Soucy made a motion to approve the minutes of June 14, 2018, seconded by Denevan
-0.
Election of Chair and Vice Chair
Chairman Simons asked to be chair for one more year. Terry Holland made a motion to elect John Simons
as chair for one more year seconded by CJ Gangi; motion approved 7-0.

Deb Feltovic made a motion to adjourn at 8:01PM, seconded by Marybeth Soucy-Larkin. Motion
approved 7-0.
