128 Dale Street, Steven Mason: Request for release of a $4,000 Performance G Bond associated with an
application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136, 10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning
Bylaw. The Applicant proposes an addition of a 1 car garage, carport and master bedroom expansion with
associated landscaping in the Non-Disturbance Zone. The project is located within the Residential 1 (R-1)
Zoning District.

495 Main Street, Town of North Andover: Application for a Special Permit Site Plan Review under
sections 195-8.10 through 8.17 and 195-10.7 of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant
proposes to construct a recreational complex including athletic fields, tennis courts, picnic areas and associated
parking areas, walkways and emergency/maintenance access paths. The Property is located in the Residential
4(R4) Zoning District.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
350 Winthrop Avenue, Delta MB LLC: Application for a Site Plan Review Special Permit under sections
195-8.8(D)(5) & 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw for Common Parking Areas and Multiple Use
Facilities and a modification to a September 2, 1998 special permit to perform certain site improvements to
correct existing ADA deficiencies. The site improvements will result in a loss of fourteen (14) parking spaces.
The property is located in the B-3, B-4 & R-4 zoning districts.
