Watershed Special Permit.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
CONTINUED,4 High St., West Mill: The applicant,RCG LLC, is submitting an application for a Downtown Overlay
Special Permit for the partial demolition of one building, creation of an additional 120 parking spaces,and creation of
more than 18 multifamily residential units.
*ONTWJED Bradstreet School:Application for Site Plan Review.Applicant proposes demolition of existing
dilapidated school building, construction of a new fifteen unit residential apartment building, construction of a new two-
story commercial building and related site and utility work within the Downtown Overlay and General Business Zoning
Districts.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING, 316 Great Pond Road: Proposed modifications to a Watershed Special Permit that consists of
modifying plans to eliminate a proposed pool,and instead, install a patio space and play area within the same footprint.
Additional modifications include extension of a proposed retaining wall and grading modifications.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING, 11 Saunders Street:Hearing to discuss Site Plan Review requirements for a new business at
11 Saunders Street.
CONTINUED, 1046 Great Pond Definitive Subdivision:Application for Definitive Subdivision to divide one lot into
three lots,relocate one existing home on-site,and remove one structure.
