The Applicant proposes Construction of a 3,250 sq.ft. bank branch office with drive-up window. Special Town Meeting Article 3 to amend the Town's Zoning Bylaw—Chapter 195,Article 8,Part 12, Solar Enemy Systems: to allow for changes to setback and other locational requirements described under §195-8.88.B for large-scale ground mounted Solar Energy Systems by Planning Board Special Permit, and to make a technical correction to the Solar Energy Systems bylaw to specify that all rooftop-mounted Solar Energy Systems are considered an accessory use.
