North Andover Zoning Bylaw to allow for the construction a 2 story, 13,500 SF GFA Senior Center with associated
amenities,parking, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, signage and other site improvements. The project is
located within the Business 2(B-2)and Residential 4(R-4)Zoning Districts.

Multifamily Housing, Common Driveway,modification of landscaping requirements for off-street parking,reduction in
parking and construction of a new building exceeding 2,000 sq.ft.under Sections 195 -4.8.0, 195-2.2, 195-8.8, Section
195-8.10 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and MGL c.40A, Sec 9 to allow for the construction of 3 multistory
buildings with associated parking, stormwater management facilities,landscaping, signage,and other site improvements.
The project is located within the Business 2 (B2)Zoning District.
Planning Board Site Visit(No Deliberation). This matter will be discussed at a continued Planning Board public
hearing scheduled for Tuesday,August 20, 2019,North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street,North Andover,MA
01845.
