The decision states we cannot proceed with 49 building or demolition permits until we have received all approvals from the state. We are optimistic that we will 50 receive the approvals requested. The Board expressed concern the public has raised regarding the increased 61 developments of multi-family buildings. Town has applied for a MassWorks grant application to fund a portion of tile sewer 149 and roadway improvements.That program will announce improvements in next few weeks. The public sewer 150 option is our primary option. As back up, anticipating our opening date of Q3 2022 we will use the existing sewer 151 that extends currently to the GLSD. 152 N. Kirschner, Langali_Enngitneerirng: Conceptually described the utilities at 1600 Osgood site as part of the 1.53 redevelopment program noting that existing sewer will be utilized if the MassWorks project is not completed. We would like to use as much asphalt as 176 possible for placement to avoid green land. Layout driven by wetlands and safety access requirements. Temporary power lines(connected to the existing 179 substation)to the rear of the property will be utilized to provide power to Lot C: for approx. 9-12 months. These 180 will require a waiver for the interim period. We will work with National Grid to decommission a 50 rx7egawatt 181 substation which eventually becomes a retainage drainage basin for the property in Lot C. Showed images of 182 panels and rack system. Vegetation underneath solar panel array field will be maintained and mowed. Five 183 subpanels will be located to the rear of site oil asphalt. Showed images of interim overhead temporary power lilies 184 needed to carry power to temporary substation, (9-12 month duration)to rear of property. This will result in a 185 waiver request. 186 J.
