Gillespi: Soil borings dome on site showed no contamination; we can issue pertinent information for review.. 138 Barbara Suhr, 148 Main St.: Reduction of 50 units is not enough. Requested distance from Building A to Suitton 139 Pond be identified based on potential proximity. 140 Sheila Pendleton,21 lrving-Road: Buildings don't add value to this historic neighborhood.Voiced concern for 141 outdoor pool area and noise in the middle of parking area. Would like the Historic Commission to weigh in on this 142 project.None of the modifications make this appealing. 143 Tim Siebert, 40 W. Bradstreet Rd.: Referenced Walker Road. RCG would prove to benefit from opening this up. 144 The engineering review is very brief. High Street cannot handle this project based on heavy traffic and narrow 145 streets. Opening Walker Road could help congestion to southeast. 350 parking spaces is not enough if 1.00 will 146 park at West Mill diming tine day;this assumes 1.00 AvalonBay residents leave each morning in time to share their 147 spaces with West Mill employees. Cars will end up parking oil High Street. Cautioned data is unreliable. 148 .fill Barker, 181 High n St.: This development is inappropriate in this historic neighborhood. Common sense, data 149 and anecdotal information is relevant,as is constant traffic, noise and poor road conditions.Dismayed project has 150 gotten this far with all the cars using High Street. A project of this scale and this many residents is not advisable. 151 Senior housing may be a more applicable use. 1.52 Robin Morgascn, 147 High n St.: Disappointed with modifications,New rooftops will be impacted by HVAC units, 153 antennas, etc, which will be considered pant of building height.Treeline simulations would be helpfi►l. This will 154 have a massive impact oil this neighborhood combining the additional units planned for across the street. 155 Nancy Riley, 148 Main St.: Subdivision access road will be tight with parallel parking and trailer truck deliveries. 156 B.Huntley: Roadway is 26 feet wide excluding the parallel parking which is 8 ft.wide. 157 Bob Dufault 148 Main St: Concern for turning radians for large trailer trucks at loading docks; problem in the 1.58 mornings. Concern for dense traffic in tine general area versus quantity of apartments being constructed. 159 Sire Goley, 147 High Street: Traffic and additional residents in the area will be a problem. 160 E. We need to be mindfi►l of this and all 161 the other parts of this equation. 162 Board: Discussed examining Walker Rd. as a public policy option. 163 M.
