Abbott Village - Expenditure of Funds
P. Tariot voted we approve the SC: Group Invoice for site visit and review including
drainagecalculations Abbott Village in the amount 49.65 L. Bruinooge seconded,
motion carried.

Lot 2 Old Cart ,Wa_y - Discussion
M . Teoll and, Mr. Howard owners of Lots 1, and 2 Old Car ay attended the meeting
to inform the Commission of the problem with the water lines into this lot al The
North Andover public Works will be contacted to up-date us on the work done in this
area on the water line. This item will be on the Dec. 3 agenda.
Fernocroft Circle - Discussion
Mr., Carmen, Y, Straffolino of' 19, Ferncroft Circle, as did his neighbors (but not
abettor ls) the Rooney's. The problem was that a bulldozer was filling ir, a stream
bed under the direction of Mr. Straffolino and the office was informed of this and
Nancy Sullivan went to the area and informed the; to clear out the filling as best
they can, and for Mr. Straffolino to come to the meeting,. A site visit to be made,

A request for a Certificate of Compliance came into the office. Upon, 'inspection work

Steve Stap ins ki presented revised, plans to the Commisison for this oject, W. Vicens
motioned we close the 'public hearing on Wagon Wheels Estates and issue, an Order of
Conditions within 21 days. B., Mansour seconded, motion carried,
Lot 23A Forest Street, - Appr,oval of Plans
W, Vicens motioned that we accept the plans on 23A Forest Street, L, Bruinooge seconded
motion carred.
Borden, Chemical - Order, of Conditions
The bond for Borden Chemical was set at $2,000.00. W. Vic ens motioned we issue an
Order, of Conditions on Borden Chemical. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried.

Boston' Hill - Plans under review
Comment - Proposed detention pond is consistent with the NACC's policy regarding post
development site drainage, �2. The site is one with severe slopes which will i ncrease
the potential for eros,11-on into, the resource area, The building sites, and access ways
were not shown on the plans so proper comment could not be made in this area.,
Abbott Village
A review of the draft Order of Conditons on Abbott Village took place until the closing
of the, meeting, Discussion among the Commissioners took place. Scheduled for final
review and vote at the next meeting.,
