Neese, the, engineer for the above project proceeded to respond to the BSCIs report that the Commission had done on this project, as did a Jack Rohr of IEP and Doug Titus, One abuttor, Dick 'Heller spoke about the drainage. W. Vicens motilloned we close the public hearing and issue, an Order of Conditions on Abbott Village within 21 days after receipt of an additional written, report by IEP. P. Long Pastures - Order of Conditions Paul ariot motioned we accept the draft denial on Long Pastures, Order, of Coniditons as submitted. W. Vis seconded, motion carried. C. Schoene abstained.
