Kathy Vie in represented Christiansen Engineering and presented plans with
replacement areas on this lo,t. L. Bruinooge motioned we close the public hearing
on. Lot 23A, Forest, Street. C. Schoene seconded, motion, carried,

A representative from Anderson-Nichols, & Co. , presented, revised plans indicating
erosion control devices and the berm structure around the perimeter of the were area.
The area will. be loamed, and seeded upon, completion. L. Brull-nooge motioned we close
the public hearing on Salem Turnpike and jLssue, an Order of Conditions within 21, days.
