Camden Street - Violation David White the, owner of the North Andover Auto Body, attended the meeting and. explained that eater i entering his prolperty because of the flow of water in this, area. Buddy Cyr, ' the,. North Andover Highway dept, , was at the meeting and explained some ipl,j, k, should be done 'in this area to alleviate the problem Mr. Enright was not in attendance. This area is 'involved with a pond that needs some adjustments to it and, s,ome piping, in the area. Ben Jr. , indicated that they will repair the outfall of the pond, but will not t,ake, responsibility for any, floodling downstream of the ou,tfa,ll. Lot 11 - 'Tucker Farm - Public He Catherine Vicedomine ire presentive of Christiansen and Sergi attended the meeting., The plans were presented, the land involved is, on a, 54,000 square foot lot. Work will be done ina buff'er zone. B. Mans our motioned we close, the public hearing and, issue an Order of Conditions after receipt of a, letter clarifying the condition of a flow diversion easement. An a,buttor Mr. Missier o�f Lot 21 Forest Street, attended the meeting, and presented some pictures of the, wet area, around, his garage. Paul MacA of 183 Forest Street was at the meeting representing his father and telling the Commission of all the we,tland in this, area. As did Mark O'Neil all with similar concerns. The Commission requested Ms. Viced omine provide plans, o�f the wetland, filling and, construction details. This was presented 'by Mark S, Junghans, an associat,e engineer, from Anderson-Nichols. The area had been staked by IEP, as this, lot was in NAC,C a few years back, The DEQE #242-190 wh, icha�eceiived a Certificate of Compliance on the work done,, It was requested by the Commission that the Flood storage be maintained and a letter with flood calculations and the propolsed distance from wetlands be presented. Lots, 24,-28 Forest Street - Certificate of Compliance, 14. Vice la's motioned, we, deny the Certificate of these lots. C.0 Schoene seconded, motion carried. Ca i'on Hall - Certificate of Compliance W., Vicens motioned we issue a full Certificate, of Compliance on Campion Hall., B. Mans our seconded, motion carried, P. Tariot abstained,. Lots 6 & '7A Bear Hill - Certificate of compliance W. 'VIcens motioned we 'issue a full Certificate of Compliance on Bear Hill and a Partial. Certificate on Lots 6 and A. L# Bruinooge secon.ded, motion carried. P. Tariot abstained. 10710, Osgood Street - 'Review of Plans Nancy Sullivan to review the plans and. 1,070 Osgood will be, on the 10/21/87 agenda,. 'Hitching Post Road - Subdivision i(Patnaude Estates), Order of Conditions Resca motioned to accept .the Order of Conditions as amended on Hitching Post Road Subidivi sion. C. Chestnut, Green Recommended we write a letter to 'Mr. M. Y nard to regrade and reconstruct the replication area., B. 'Mansour motioned we, do not want a repilacement area off of 125, but 'to reconstruct it in the back of the building, where they can give us, a, larger replacement area: L.
