A hydraulic connection must, be established between the two segments of' the reso cc area. The, second problem was the layouts of houses and driveways, on Lots 7 and Lot 110 where they proposed filling of the isolated, land subject to flooding. The NA CC requested alternative layouts proposals, for 'these two lots, Thirdly, the applicant prop�osed the use of' an existing resource area for a detention pond. Lindenwood Project - Discussion This, was to be an informal discussion, I't, is , located across from the Massachusetts Electric on Route 114. It is a project for the low income families. The NACC strongly recommended the use of two accessways for the project.1 Also, the NACC would, recommend the u,sle of detention facilities, on the site to accommodate post-developmen.t-, site drainage. The NA CC, would like to verify the edge of wetlands and the flood plan. No vote was, taken,.
