William McLeod from Andover ConsuILtams represented the �owner, Mr. & Mrs,
Patna,ude, Plans wer�e discussed and one problem that showed was the
construction of a roadway through a resource area, which is defined as
land subject to flooding. A hydraulic connection must, be established between
the two segments of' the reso cc area. The, second problem was the layouts of
houses and driveways, on Lots 7 and Lot 110 where they proposed filling of the
isolated, land subject to flooding. The NA CC requested alternative layouts
proposals, for 'these two lots, Thirdly, the applicant prop�osed the use of'
an existing resource area for a detention pond. This is inconsistent Y A ut n"'d
tie policy of the NACC. An alternative for the detention pond should beAout-
side of the resource areas
C. Schoene motioned we close the Public Hearing and issue an Order of Conditions
within 21 days of t,er receipt of a, letter stating that the road h as been staked.

Mr. Maynarld attended the meeting and proceded to inform the Commission of a
problem with a storage. issue. It was established that the Commission would make,
a, site visit and, also that a botanist be recoimliiended to clear up this area*

The NACC suggested that James Bourgeois attend a meeting to further explain,
secs for the ex,tension perinit.
Lindenwood Project - Discussion
This, was to be an informal discussion, I't, is , located across from the
Massachusetts Electric on Route 114. It is a project for the low income
families. The NACC strongly recommended the use of two accessways for the project.1
Also, the NACC would, recommend the u,sle of detention facilities, on the site to
accommodate post-developmen.t-, site drainage. The NA CC, would like to verify the
edge of wetlands and the flood plan. No vote was, taken,.
