Vicens that a wetland, replacement area twice the size of the one taken be placed somewhere else on the site.. A request that . replacement plan be presented to NACIC by Nov. 1, 1987, and work completed by August 1988. (It was noted that an extension for the Order of Conditions was required.) Todd. J. Cushing presented the new plan to the Commission which, involves a three story building (100 x 220) , at the site 'in front of the ABC Bus Company. W. Crouch Machinery (Public Hearin, Joseph Cushing of Kaminski Ass oicates represented the owner, Kenneth Crouch of Crouch Machinery. This, is a six acre p�arcel, (#21 Map 28), on the south side of Sutton Street., A, two story building and appurtenances, including, access drives and parking areas'. Lot 13 - Tucker Farms Road - Public HearinB, Alexander Zolanski of Cameron Bishop Engineering Corporation, represented the owner, Mr. Leone. Discussion took place regarding the, constructio�n of a single family home, garage, driveway, subsurface disposal system, and related lot gradings. W. Vice motioned we close the public bearing, on Lot 13 Tucker Farm Road and issue an, Order of Conditions wit .in 21 days. C. Schoene seconded, mot,ion carried. Coventry II Plans Under Review The final set, of plans for this project were approved by the Commission. A modification to our Order of Cc tens is being made. An, amended Order of Conditions is being completed. Besides the changes noted in our letter ted June 8, 1987 the, f'ollo�w'ing changes will be made 1. Construction will be allowed, on Lots 12 and 71 after filing of a Notice of Intent with NACC, and 2. Construction will b:e allowed on Lot No.61 after one (1) year of complefton the pond on this lot. Also, they be advised that prior to, start of construct1 ion, Conditions #40 through 45 have to be met. 1q. Vicens motioned that, we accept the plans on Coventry II, dated July 1987 and, that we amend the Order, of Conditions by these two additional conditions and that we allow Lots 12 & 71 be removed from the list of unbuildable lots to the, list of require&.,� 'B. Scheme seconded, motion carried., Lot, 4 Gray Street (Breckenridgeestates) - Order of Conditons B. Mansour moti,oned we issue the amended Order of Conditions on, D.E.Q.E.#242-426 Loit 4 Gray Street.
