and discus,seld. 14. Vicens motioned we 1. accept septic systems on Lets A 2. Accept
proposed, regarding on Lot 4 ; 31. r. Pelletier., an abuttor of Lot 64A has, to, agree
regarding the work to be done his land* and 4. Authorize Nancy Sullivan to issue an
Enforcement Order the common driveway, request is net submitted. L. B�ruinooge seconded,

Rocky gook Estates - Approval of plans
Tom Neese presented plans modifying the Order of Conditions, There were concerns the
ACC of houses, in the flood plan and1 e 100 foot buffer zone misrepresented. s
motioned to have Condition #16 clarified,,, that the 25 foot, buffer zone and no construction
zone extend from the edge of the bordering vegetated wietland, and to rewire revision
f the plans, move the houses out of the flood pl .in. L* Bruinooge. seconded, motion
carried.
Let B Boston Street Review
r. Solomon, an abuttor to, Let B attend,ed the meeting. He had, obtained a botonist
to review the wetland indicating what type of vegetationwas present. This re ie
had been done in March and, at this time of the year all vegetation is, not visible.
e stated thatt had a lot of cinnamon fern, in the area. However, cinnamon fern
s not necessarily wetland indicator, it is more a transition type fern. Mrs. Abel
an, abuttor, attended the meeting, as she is downstream from Lot B and expressed concern
for her parcel of land. The Commissi took the inf ormation under advisement, but
took no action

Alcott Villa&e - Modification
Bill Ziobro attended the meeting, and presented the final plans far the modification
(dated.0 7/29/87) W., Vicens motio�ned, to accept, the modif ication on Alcotti Village as an

Boston Estates - Public Hea
Ralph Joyce attended the meeting and represented the owner, Miano Realty. Some, of
the problems, identified by the CommissJ-on were Mosquito Brook crossings, four large
wetland areas, 7,000 square feet of filling, to the wetlands,. Also, attending the
meeting were two engineers, namely Jack Donovan and Laurie C ke,tt and Michael GarvJLn
a landscape architect.
W. Vic,ens motioned, we close the public 'hearing on the Boston Brook Estates and issue
an Order of Conditions af'ter receipt of notice, that the cente,r line of the road had
been staked and wetlands flagged. B. Mansour seconded, motion. carried.
Continental Cab fie vision - Holt Road & Johnson Stree - Public 'Hearing
Joe Cushing of' Kaminski Associates, attended the meeting and presented a lay-out
regarding, r,econs true t l f 1,290 feet of roadway and associate i a e and the
siltation across Johnson Street. He explained the measures they will, take to correct
the erosion problem.
W. Vices motioned, we close the public hearing, on, Clay- Pit Hill and issue an Order of
Canditions withil"n 21 days. R, Mansour seconded, motie, carried.
91-92 Mablin Ave. , - Request to Determine
Mr. Chiara, the, owner, attended the meeting and explained his plans for a modular home
(Duplex) to 'be installed on the site.
W. Vicens motioned we issue a Negative Determination on 91-92 Mablin Ave. , B., Mans,our
seconded,.,, motion carried.

W. Vicens motioned to issue a partial Certificate of Compliance for Lot 12A Duncan Drive
(Stonecleave) and a, full Certiff'31-cate of' Compl3iance, for Lot 12 Duncan Drive, B. Mansour,
seconded, motion carried.
