It was requested, by the Commission that Nancy write a letter to American Development requesting a plan to rectify f looding of McLay I s yard. Vicens is not in favor of returning any monies until 'it has been straightened out to our satisfaction, Commission agreed, no vote taken. On March 18, 1987 a Genic icate of Compliance was issued on Lot B Winter Street LOT, 5A SALE M STREET (#242-1551 REQUEST' FOR MODIFICATION Plans were 11unof f ici ally' proposed for a different house placement than originally approved. The new settling is further from the wetland edge than original . This area initially had five lots which were reduced to three lots. No vote taken. Requested, that plans be "officially" submitted for action. LOT 15 GREAT POND ROAD ENFORCEMENT ORDER J. Lind on motioned to, ratify the Enforcement Order on Lot 15 1 1 Great Pond Road.
