All house sites were shown as, greater than 1010 feet from wetland areas,. J. Resca abstained motion cage COVENTRY PHASE II REOPENING OF PUBLIC HEARING, Scott Moorehead, (formerly of Beta International) attended the meeting, W,. Vicens requested that hie address three items: 1) abutters letter icen,s and 3), another abutters 2) W, V' letter'. letter (Fuller Road) , Scott proceeded to answer these questions,. He then proceeded to explain the plans for Phase 2 - Coventry,, Brenda Clark, an abutter, had some questions on the area, as did Tim Reek of Fuller Road, another abutter. NACC requested that we receive a letter from Scott giving us particulars on the drainafige studies and culvert cross sections. J. Lindon motioned to close, the public hearing and "issue an Order of Conditions within, 21 days after receipt of letter addressing the drainage issues R., Mans our seconded, L. Bruianooge abstained, motion carrIed 30 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE PUBLIC HEARING Originally Jilly' s Restaurant and Bob 'White 's Restaurant. Joe Cushing and Richard Kaminski, of Kaminski Associates, attended the meeting as well as, Dale, Yage Designer of Building. A f our story building 'is being planned on the site. No specif ic elevations were shown on the ilans that were presented. There P was also a question about the location of the 100 year flood plan.? LOT, BB MIDDLETON STREET ENFORCEMENT ORDER Lee LoPion , owner, attended meeting and explained that Mr. ji Kaminski', of Kaminski Associates, who is helping Mr., LoPiano solve his problem. Mr, LoPi,ano intends to bring the area back to ,its Original state, J. Linden motioned to close the public hearing ,and issue an Order of Conditions within 21 days on Lot BB Middleton Street,. L,,, Bruinooge seconded, motion carried,. LOT 1A TUCKER FARM ROAD DEC,,I,,SION L.
