Yellow Maize Sewer Cros
John Tuttle the owenr attended the meeting and presented his plans regarding
the sewer crossing showing, all the una,thorized fill. Mr., Tuttle t,o return to
our meeting of February 4th, with more, information concerning thi's area.

Possible problem of flooding downstream of Kara Drive detention pond. Some of the
downstream banks are not well defined. It 'has been stipulated that no heavy
machinery can, be, used to correct, situation - only hand work. Al Shaboo attended.

Malcolm Rice, the engineer represented J. Dolan, the, owner of the property to construct
a driveway, involving a wetland filling in North Andover 'in order to build a �,house
in Middleton. Revised plans were shown with 130 feet long wetland filling
Commission to make a site visit., Commission requested more information on replacement
area, also a letter from, a botanist on the replac,ement area., Would also like a
construction sequence for, driveway and replacement area, What kind of plants will they
use in the replacement, area?
Jack Lind on motioned to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions
w'thin, 21 dais after receipt of a letter. C. Schoe,ne s,econd,motion carried.

Lot E Berm Street - Owner, Reginald Landry
J. Lindon, motioned to grant, an extension for a period of one year to the Order
of Conditions, specifically to continue work to apply to Lots I and 2E Berry Street,
L. Brul"noo,ge seconded, motion carried.
