Lot .L_Acushnet Street Enforcement, Order
A, letter from Al Sha oo was read 'to the Commission stating that a
-problem, with an abutter had been resolved., Hay bales are, 'in
place, but that the lot is not stab-iUized- He requested that, the
Commission lift the Enforcement Order., if LiLndon motioned to
lift, the Enforcement Order on lot 1 Acushnet Street. Co Schoe,ne
seconded, motion carried.
Lots 6 & 7 Cot,'uilt Street, - Rnfox(--tement order
The Commission had prev 1ously required that the area be regraded
50 feet back, hay bales be installed, and, the ground be foamed

An Enforcement Order is, presently in, effect. New plans have the
house location moved to within 8 feet of a wetland. C. Schoene
motioned that the plans presented showed a significant change
which requires a new f 1 1 ing of a Notice of Intent. L. Bru inooge

Lot BB Middleton Road - Enforcement Order
A
41 new Enforcement Order was ratifiLed with the conditions that Mr.
Loplano, the owner of this lot, be allowed to work on the house
byt no work be allowed on the site. The Commission also
requested that Mr. LoPian,o file a, Notice of intent within thirty
(30) days as to what work he plans to do to correct the problems,
such as drainage for, the driveway crossing and restoration of
wit and area.,
