Minutes of Meeting of January 13, 1988
Present: J. Lindon Paul. Tariot

Lots 7 and 8 Wintergreen Drive
Commission voted to issue a Certificate of Compliance. Motioned by L. Bruinooge
and seconded by Paul Tariot, W. Vicens abstained.
Lots 5 & 6 Berkeley Road
Commission voted to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance for Lots 5 & 6
Berkeley Road. Motioned by L. Bruinooge and seconded by Paul Tariot.
Lot 2 - Teoma Estates
The owners are David and Joan Howard. Bill limurciak from DPW, attended the meeting
to discuss installation of the water line. No vote was taken.
North Andover Business Park
The Commission granted a one-year extension and required the placement of a
$15,000 bond. Motioned by 1q. Vicens, seconded by L. Bruinooge, motion carried.
Yellow Maize

Reference was made again to the site visit. Recom€€€ended. that a'4Janaury 27th
meeting the applicant's engineer attend.
Kara Drive
Discussion of request to Planning Board for release of bond. Commission is concerned
about reports of increased runoff on Rea farm and on Mark Road. .lack Lindon will
attend the next Planning Board meeting.
The Pines Subdivision - A one-year extension was granted with the Condition that
Lots 11 and 12 be stabilized and the culvert under the Mass Electric right-of-way
be addressed. Motioned by W. Vicens and seconded by C. Schoene, motion carried .
Carlton Farms
An extension under the by-law only was allowed until April 1 , 1988. Motioned by
14. Vicens, and seconded by L. Bruinooge, motion carried.

Chestnut Street - Public Hearin
The public hearings were continued indefinitely at the applicant's request.

Lot 24 Candelstick Road - Public Hearin
The public hearing was extended to January 27th because abuttors had not
been notified.
Route 114/Kerr Street - Public Hearin
The public hearing was extended to January 27th because of non-advertising.
Wagon Wheels - Order of Conditions
W. Vicens motioned to accept the Orders of Conditions as amended. L. Bruinooge
seconded, motion carried.
Lot 1 Dale Street
The Commission voted to request an extension from the applicant for fourteen
(14) days to complete the Order of Conditions.
