Minutes of Meeting of January 27, 1988

Yellow Maize - Discussion
Dave Rinaldo came before the Commission to explain the "as-Built" plans on this
project. The NACC will make a site visit of this area in the spring. L. Bruinooge
motioned that the replication area on Lots 1-14 be expanded to meet the original
plans, while on Lots 12 & 13 we reserve the right to establish the exact line
in the Spring. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried.
Lot 1 Patton Lane - Certificate of Compliance
,lack McQuillken presented a letter to the Commission requesting the Cert. of Compliance.
L. Bruinooge motioned that we issue a partial Cert. of Comp. on Lot 1 Patton Lane.
P. Tariot seconded, motion carried.
Lots 60,62 and 64 Haymeadow - Discussion
Jack McQuillken of Yankee Engineering, Nelson Chang, Esq. , and Curt Young of Wetlands
Preservation presented the complexities of this area to the Commission. A proposed
modification for Lot 64 was presented to the Commission which was not accepted.
No vote taken.
The Pines - Discussion
Due to some drainage problems in this area Ben Osgood, Jr. , had written to the
Mass. Electric for permission to work on this land. It was decided that in the
Spring Nancy Sullivan, Ben Osgood Jr. , and Mass. Electric would meet in this area
and discuss specifics of solutions to the problem. No vote taken.
Village Woods - Discussion - DEQE #242--443
Anthony Foresta would like to complete this project which started back in 1981 .
Curt Young of Wetlands Preservation presented to the Commission what should be
done to finalize this project. It was established that the Commission would like
a letter from Curt Young with some specifics on the area to be replaced. No vote taken.

Lots 24 - Candlestick Road - Public Hearin
Michael Morris of Cuoco & Cormier presented plans to the Commission. A site visit
will be made by the Commission. John Sullivan, owner of the property was also
present. L. Bruinooge motioned we close the public hearing on Lot 24 Candlestick
and issue an Order of Conditons within 21 days. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried.
Route 114/Berry Street - Request to Determine
ADS Management the owners of the above property, requested Joseph Borgesi, P.G. ,
to represent them at this hearing. Mr. Borgesi informed the Commission of the
permits that were required for this project, such as Town and State, He explained
this to be a nursing home with 284 beds with appurtenances. Also, they would tie
in with the town sewerage. Curt Young of the Wetlands Preservation commented on
the area as to the flow of water into certain areas.
L. Bruinooge motioned we continue the public hearing on 114 Berry Strett/Turnpike
(Route 114) with the provision that the abuttors be informed of this project, and
the next meeting will take place on February 10, 1988. T. Tariot seconded,motion
carried.
Lot 56 Vest May - Partial compliance
Carl Schoene motioned we issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance on Lot 56
Vest Way. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried.
Dale Street - Lot 1 - Order of Conditions
A. Resca motioned we accept the Order of Conditions as corrected. C. Schoene
seconded, L. Bruinooge and P. Tariot abstained. Motion carried.
Brook Farm - Order of Conditions
A request was made by the NACC for more information and the need of a weeks
extension.
