Minutes of Meeting of February 10, 1988

Teoma Estates -- Discussion
Mr. Teoli attended the meeting. The detention pond appears not to have been
constructed properly, two streams bypass it. It was decided that Steve Stapinski,
Nancy and Mr. Teoli meet to solve this problem. No vote taken.
Lot 1A Dale Street - Discussion
The owner, Michael Smolak and his engineer, Joe Cushing attended the meeting.
The area presented a dilemma because of two different NACC decisions. It was
decided to table the matter for two weeks, as the area requires further clarification.
No vote taken.
Rt. 114/Berr Street - Re uest to Determine - Public Hearin
Joe Borgesi of J.J.B Associates represented Alan Solomont the owner. This project
involves four acres for a 142 bed nursing home. Plans were presented and explained.
W. Vicens motioned that we issue a negative Determination with conditions that
erosion control devices be put at the boundary of 100 foot buffer zone. P. Tariot
seconded, motion carried.
Lots 1 & 2 Candlestick Road - Public Hearing
Robert Janusz the developer attended the meting, plans were presented and discussed.
W. Vicens motioned to close the public hearing on Lots 1 & 2 Candlestick Road and
issue an Order of Conditions within 21 days. A. Resca seconded, motion carried.
Bear Hill - As Builts
Tom Goodwin of Zachary Designer Homes attended the meeting. It was suggested by
the NACC that a letter from a civil engineer be sent to us, stating that the Order
of Conditions have been met, requesting a Certificate of Compliance. No vote taken.
Brook Farm
NACC will issue a denial unless the proper information is submitted in two weeks.

W. Vicens motioned to issue an Order of Conditions on Lot 24 Candlestick Road,
P. Tariot seconded, motion carried.
