Resca J. Lindon, Chairman L. Bruinooge W. Vicens C. Schoene P. Tariot Irene R. Mackun, Admin. M. Boudrot, Sec Lot 25A Blue Ridge Road -- Discussion New owners of this lot presented themselves to the Commission with plans for this area. W. Vicens motioned to accept the plans on Lot 25A Blue Ridge Road revised date on plans 6/7/88, as an insignificant change to the original subdivision plans. second, motion carried. Lot 3 Mill Road - Certificate of Compliance W. Vicens motioned to deny the request for Certificate of Compliance on Lot 3 Mill Road. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried. Willow Street & Fla shi Connector -- Discussion The Commission discussed this area and looked at the new plans. The Commission was not in favor of this proposal. The NACC suggested that a connection thru Odgen Foods parking lot for the access or a narrow one for emergency use only would be preferable. Lot 64A Haymeadow Road -- Continued Public Hearing Nelson C. Chang, Esq. , Jack McQuillken of Yankee Engineer and Curt Young of Wetlands Preservation attended the meeting. Jack McQuillken proceeded to review what had taken place for the benefit of everyone present. Curt Young also gave his talk on the area. Ms. Debra Carroll, an abuttor, presented the Commission with a signed petition, which Jack Lindon read aloud for all present. The petition voiced a concern over the proposed concrete bridge access to the above lot. Some of the following abuttors voiced their opinions: George Pellieiter of 99 Haymeadow, Peter Manunas of 50 laymeadow, Bob Stockard 66 Haymeadow, Ernie Quinelson complained about the builders work. Tom Snyder spoke up that'.he was .pleased with the builders work. P. Tariot motioned to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions after receipt of 1. Calculations 2. Set of plans with the configuration of bridge. L. Bruinooge seconded, motion carried. Page 2 Minutes of Meeting of June 8, 1988 (NACC) l Salem Turnpike and Berry Streets -- Continued Public Hearing Deborah Carney from Hayes Engineering briefly brought those present up-to-date as to the action taken on the area. Flood calculations were mentioned. Nancy Horton an abuttor of this area spoke up about the flooding in this area during the year. P. Tariot motioned to close the public hearing and issue a Determination in two weeks. An extension was requested by the NACC of two weeks for the issuance of the Determination. Extension granted by the applicant in writing. A. Resca seconded, motion carried. Lot 2 Johnnycake Street, Carlton Farms - Public Hearin Tom Neve of Neve Associates represented the applicant General Store Trust, presented plans, explaining to the Commission what the specifics of the lot were. Ken Brown an abettor of 260 Carlton Lane (or Lot 1) raised concerns about a stream in the area as did another abuttor, Joan MacElwain of Lot 3. Other abuttors who spoke up were Muriel. Brown and Cindy Estis of 46 Johnnycake.. W. Vicens motioned to continue the public hearing on Lot. 2 Johnnycake to July 6, 1988. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried. Booth and WesleX Streets - Public Hearin Joe Borgesi, Joe Carroll and Curt Young attended the meeting and presented new plans to the Commission, as this project had been denied a few weeks ago. (242-459) 1t seems that there are many loose ends yet on this area that have to be dealt with before we can issue an Order of Conditions. Joe Quadaroni of Lot 32 spoke about his area in this project. W. Vicens motioned to continue public hearing indefinitely until further information has been gathered. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried. #240 Raleigh Tavern Lane -- Pool - Public Hearing P. Tariot motioned we close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions within 21 days. P. Tariot seconded, motion carried. 80 Patton Lane (Lot 6B) Pool - Public Hearing (242-456) Plans were presented explaining the dewatering of the area for the pool. 14. Vicens motioned to approve the dewatering plans on 80 Patton Lane. A. Resca seconded, motion carried i Page 3 . Minutes of Meeting of June 8, 1988 (NACC) .y� Hawkins Lane -- Enforcement Order Three items are to be taken under consideration before lifting of the Enforcement Order. 1. A check dam to be installed down stream. 2. Wetland replacement 3. Site visit with McDonough, Mackun and Frazier. Jack Linden visited the site the weekend of June 11th and found that the area was in a condition so that the Enforcement Order could be lifted. Lots 15 and 16 Salem Street - Reg. for Cert. of Compliance P. Tariot motioned that we issue a Certificate of Compliance on both Lots 15 and 16 Salem Street. W. Vicens seconded, motion carried.
