C,. .8ehoe'nG�. :sedonded, motion carried Jefferson Office Park - Request for Certificate (See File ##242-172) Route 11d Joe Cushing of Kaminski Associates , represented the owner, attended the meeting and explained -the problem ofthe silt in the pond in this area. W. Vicens motioned to empower Irene Mackun to issue a Certif- icate once the problem is solved. A. Resca seconded, motion carried. Lot 30 Stagecoach Road ( The Pines) Discussion The owner John Thiffault was requested to make an appointment with Irene as a problem of a wetlands edge had changed, therefore, the erosion controls would have to be adjusted. W. Vicens motioned to empower Irene Mackun to accept the modification on this lot. There might be a change of the plans regarding the placement of the house . A. Resca seconded, motion carried. Booth & Wesley Street - Discussion Joe Carrol the owner of this area attended the meeting and presented alternate plans with loops to access the lots , and make Innis Street one--way. NACC will take the matter under advisement. Page -2- A.T. & T (Formeily Western Electric) C. Schoene motioned to approve the projects as outlined in letter of June 17th from Pete Bajor. A. Resca seconded, W. Vicens abstained, motion carried. Bridge collapsed, temporary road being made. NACC will review the projects and make a decision in two weeks. Leland Properties - Route 114 - Discussion Mr. Collins represented the Leland Properties (De Moulas) located on Route 114 , up from the North Andover Mall . Mr. Collins presented new plans to the Commission that had significant changes. Arthur and Lois will review and make a decision. This will be put on the agenda of July 6th. As a matter of record it was about this time the lights went out due to a severe storm passing thru town. in fact, the lights were out r .for the rest of the meeting. Ther.efore,_ no- public:hearipn p were held, as the tape recorder was unoperable..,, Raleigh Tavern Lane - Determination - Pool W. Vicens motioned we issue a Notification of Non-Significance for the swimming pool at 240 Raleigh Tavern Lane subject to installation of a double row of staked haybales along the rock wall, to be inspect- ed and approved by the NACC prior to start of construction and that a plan for proper de-watering be submitted to and q?proved by NACC. Lot 4. Gteat Pond_, Road. r .Discussionn . The owner wants an easement on Conservation Land to connect to sewer. State Self-Help monies were used to acquire this land so State may r Page --3- have jurisdiction. Slopes are steep and wooded. 12% grade, 30 foot cut (20 foot unvegetated forever) . According to the current Watershed Bylaw their original septic system is too close to the Lake now. Route 114 and Berry Street - Determination W. Vicens motioned we make a positive determination and to agree with the wetland delineation except for a. bordering land subject to flooding b. that the bordering vegetated wetland in the Northwest : - corner of the site extends approximately up to ten (10) feet from the rock wall and c . bordering vegetated wetland also exists on the "island" in the same section of the site . Lot 4A Boxford Street - Enforcement order Stop all work on site until all requirements of the orders of Conditions `f have been met and have been approved at a public meeting of the ,NACC. y July 6th meeting to start at 7 : 00 P.M.
