An Enforcement Order was issued by Karen Nelson and Robert Nicetta to iramediately stop work and attend the Corrsroission' s next meeting. W. An addition to an already existing porch. No grading to take place. There is a 15 to 20 foot drop. W. The NACaC requested a final grading plan be submitted for their approval. W. Viceri s motioned we continued the public; hearing to April 19, 1989. P. One RFD was for a filling of about 2, 000 square feet of slope, which will provide additional lawn. The other Is to add an additional deck to the house,. 'There'~ is an iritermittent stream on site. W. Viaens motioned to issue a Negative Determination on both fi 1 inga, with Condit ions i that a double row of staked hay bales be placed between^, the activity and wetlands, to be inspected and approved by the Administrator prior to start of construction. It is approximately 71 acres with plans for housing unitta. The Coi-iimission wanted to make sure that the hydrologic connections wiere mentioned. (Water connection on land which goes through a rocky area) . and that this become part of the plan or j determinat ion. W. Revised plans were ,approved. phase 1 of construction has been completed. Condition # 46 of the Order of Conditions which states the Applicant may propose the bond release schedule with specific completion of portions of the project. A site visit will be mace. A letter will be coming from Al Shaboo. Itemizing work completed and work remaining. REUK6 Tay Willis, Esq. as well as Al Shaboo attended the meeting to up- date the Commission A public hearing on this project will be on the 19th of April. Meeting adjourned at 1202 A. M.
