The Minuteys of January 4, 1989 were reviewed. P. 'Tariot motioned
to accept the minutes of January 4, 1969 as amended. W. Vic:enz
seconded, motion carried.

McGarry, Bodnar & Orint z Esq. , sent a request for extension of
they Orders of Conditions. They owner of this area is Joseph i
Desi lefts, of 27 Cambridge St. , Lawrence, MA 0184a. Robert Brince
counsel for the Desi lets attended the meeting. It was noted that
this project is in litigation with the Planning Huard. W. Viceans
motioned that we issue An e?xtenzion for a period of one year.

This project has an indefinites continuation of a public hearing.
W. Viceans motioned that we request the applicant to either
withdraw files either in writing or reopen they public hearing to
takes final ac,t ion by April 28th. P. Tariot seconded, motion
carried.

Richard to c:heck files and conduct a site visit regarding the
request for a partial bond rea l eaaze.
The hearing is set tentatively for April 26th. Decision to be j
made on site.

This involves about the first twenty lots in they subdivision.
Weension was put on hold. A site visit to take place. There I%
a note to add a Condition when they do decide to extend. No vote
taken.

Debbie Moores has this project for review. Revised plans were
presented by Mr. Avery. Flagging was discussed. There is a

Alexander, and Maurit^er Dunn, abutters attended the meet ing and
explained the area in detail. 'This protect is a six car park.inp
lot and the drainage presents some problems. W. Vicens motioned
we close the public hearing or, 18/20 Johnson Street (#242-w496)
and issue an Order, of Conditions within P1 days (May 10th) 1).
Moore seconded, motion carried.

we close the public hearing and issue an Order, of Conditions
within 21 days. An extension was requested by NACC and granted

motioned to close the publ iv hearing and authorize the site visit
team to make a determination, and that a written finciing be made
no 1 at err than April 26, 1989. W. V i c:eris seconded, motion
carried.
'There is an erasement near French Farm on Town owned land, Mr.
Barber would like permission to move it. 'Chic will need to go to �
the Legislature since the larld was purchased with assistance from
the Stater.
