Mansour (7: 50) LOT J APPLETON_ STREET (#242-2041 REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE Dennis Cote the owner of this Lot appeared before the Commission and requested a modification to the Order of Conditions. W. Vicens motioned to accept these plans as a requested by the applicant. D. Moore seconded, motion carries. W. Vicens motioned to issue a Certificate of Compliance, as amended on Lot J Appleton St. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. LOT 4 SHANNON LANE REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE W. Vicens motioned to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance on Lot 4 Shannon Lane. B. Sousa seconded, motion carried. It was also motioned by W. Vicens to reduce the bond from $5000 to $4000 on Lot 4 Shannon Lane. B. Sousa seconded, motion carried. CALZETTA FARM SCHOOL SITE DISCUSSION - DELINEATION More wetlands were found then originally thought to be on this site. The school Building Committee attended the meeting as did Joseph Cushing representing Kaminski Assoc. The reason for the meeting was for the School Building Committee to get some in-put from the Commission and feedback on the wetland delineation. A site visit was to be made. BOOTH & WESLEY STREETS CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING This project has been idle for quite some time. B. Sousa motioned we close the public hearing on Booth & Wesley Streets and issue an Order of Conditions within 21 days. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. LOTS 1 2 AND 3 COVENTRY LANE PUBLIC HEARING - REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION Curtis Young of Wetland Preservation represented the owner Richard Barrett. C. Young withdrew Lot 1 from this Determination. The house envelopes are large and located very close to wetlands. An extension was requested. W. Vicens motioned to accept the extension for two weeks. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried. A letter will be coming in. LOTS 5 51 & 53 NEW CASTLE ESTATES PHASE 2 - COVENTRY PUBLIC HEARING - REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION 7 Vince Turano representing Coventry Development Corp. came before the Commission and explained their plans for house construction. f Brenda Clark of 866 Salem Street, who is interested in Lot 5 } asked some questions. W. Vicens motioned to empower the site visit team to make a Determination for Lots 5, 51 and 53 . . D. Moore seconded, motion carried. LOT 4 NEW CASTLE (PHASE 2 COVENTRY ESTATES DISCUSSION OF PLANS W. Vicens motioned that we accept the plan as being 100 feet from the wetlands. B. Sousa seconded, motion carried. BALD MEADOW 15 ACRES BETWEEN BLUE RIDGE ROAD & 464 APPLETON ST. PUBLIC _HEARING - REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION This project involves a road and one house. B. Sousa motioned that we issue a Negative Determination with conditions. D. Moore seconded, motion carries. LOTS 31 AND 32 COVENTRY ESTATES PUBLIC HEARING - REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION Parm Development the owner will be installing a culvert and headwall. Curt Young of Wetlands Preservation represented the applicant. B. Mansour motioned to continue the public hearing for the purpose of allowing the applicant to complete his file. B. Sousa seconded, motion carried. LOT 1 TURNPIKE AND LOT 2 SALEM STREET ORDER OF CONDITIONS B. Mansour motioned that we accept the amended order of Conditions on Riparian Realty Trust for the above project. #242- 505. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. LOTS 17 23 24 41 & 42 CANDLESTICK ROAD ORDER OF CONDITIONS #242-506 These properties are owned by Robert Janusz of Andover. W. Vicens motioned that we issue an amended Order of Conditions on #242--506. B. Sousa seconded, motion carried. R_OSEMONT -_(242-503) ORDER OF CONDITIONS W. Vicens motioned to issue an Order of Conditions on Rosemont as amended. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. BOOTH & WESLEY STREETS (242-4ka ORDER OF CONDITIONS P. Tariot motioned to accept the amended Order of Conditions on Booth and Wesley Streets. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. YELLOW MAIZE (BARKER STREET) 0242-360 REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE B. Mansour motioned to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance on Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 Barker Street. D. Moore seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned 11: 45 P.M.
