BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES December 27, 2019
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Richard Vaillancourt called the meeting to order at 8:40AM in Meeting
Room at Town Hall.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman Richard Vaillancourt, Chris Nobile, Phil
DeCologero and Director of Administrative Services, Laurie Burzlaff.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
LICENSING COMMISSIONERS
Phil DeCologero made a MOTION, seconded by Chris Nobile to open a meeting of the North
Andover Licensing Commission. Motion approved 3-0.
Phil DeCologero acted as Licensing Chair.
Request of Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill at 93 Turnpike Street for
Change of LLC Manager
Mr. DeCologero explained that all paperwork was in order.
Chris Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Vaillancourt that the Board of Selectmen
acting as Licensing Commissioners approve the request of Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado,
LLC d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill at 93 Turnpike Street for a Change of LLC Manager. Motion
approved 3-0.
Request of Gregg Lindsay of CD & K Hospitality d/b/a Good Day Café at 19 High Street for a transfer of
Common Victualler license.
Mr. DeCologero indicated that all the paperwork was in order.
Chris Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Vaillancourt that the Board of Selectmen
acting as Licensing Commissioners approve the request of Gregg Lindsay of CD & K Hospitality
d/b/a Good Day Café at 19 High Street for a transfer of Common Victualler license. Motion
approved 3-0.
Chris Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Richard Vaillancourt to move out of licensing. Motion
approved 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Chris Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Phil DeCologero to adjourn the meeting at 8:45AM.
Motion approved 3-0.
