EXECUTIVE SESSION. The Executive Session convened at&30 a.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman William F. Gordon; Clerk Richard M. Vaillancourt
Licensing Chairman Rosemary Smedile; Donald B. Stewart; Tracy M. Watson; Town Ma nager Andrew W.
Maylor.
Richard Vaillancourt made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to move into Executive Session to
discuss. the authorization to purchase land at 623 Osgood Street,
Roll Call vote: William Gordon yes, Rosemary Smedile yes, Donald Stewart yes, Richard Vaillancourt, Tracy
Watson yes. Vote approved 5-0.
Richard Vaillancourt declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position
of the Selectmen.
Note: Also present in the Executive Session was Town Counsels Thomas Urbelis,and Carol McGravey, and
Chairman of CPA John Simons,
There was a discussion with John Simons and Town Counsel that certain conditions and contingencies be
met before the board would vote for the project to go forward.
Town Counsel Thomas Urbelis drafted a motion that would satisfy the Board that all conditions would be met
and the Chairman of the Board would sign the Purchase and Sales Agreement This motion would be a n
Open Session. I read i

Wic—h—ard Vaillancourt made a MOTION, seconded by Tracy Watson, to move out of Executive Session. Vote
approved 5-0,
