The Executive Session convened at 7:00 p.m, ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Chairman William F. Gordon; Clerk Richard M. Vaillancourt; Rosemary Smedile; Donald B. Stewart; Tracy M. Watson; Town Manager Andrew W. M'aylor. Richard Vaillancourt made a MOTION, seconded by Tracy Watson, to move into Executive session to discuss: Purchase or Sale of Real Estate and declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental'effect on the bargaining position of the Selectmen. Roll Call vote: William Gordon yes, Rosemary Smedile yes, Donald Stewart yes, Richard Vaillancourt, Tracy Watson yes, Vote approved 5-0, Purchase or Sale of Rea' Estate The Board of Selectmen had regarding strategies related to the Proposal of the former Bradstreet School Property. No vote was taken and would be discussed during Open Session. ADJOURMENT: Richard Vaillancourt made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to move out of Executive Session. Vote approved 5-0.
