Concerns about two proposed spaces backing out onto Great Pond Read were expressed. Applicant 55 has requested continuances at each meeting with the ZBA since that meeting. They have indicated they are 56 working on revised plans that address the concerns expressed. Planning Board opened November 24,2 2 ; 7 however,no evidence was heard as the applicant requested a continuance. Since then,the applicant has filed 58 c ntintiances tip until tonight's meeting.No information has been submitted since the original application. 59 E. In May 2019 86 Town Meeting voted to approve these dimensional amendments per Article 29 to amend the Zoning bylaw, Article 7 16 Corridor Development District. There should have been a corresponding warrant article to update Table 2 the 88 Summary of Dimensional Requirements.No public.comments have been received regarding the warrant article. In 2019, the Board approved are application for a Special Permit to allow a barbershop at the 96 guest Mill. This would make the process easier;for tenants going forward by not having to go through the Special 97 Permit process. Board had no concerns. This is being put forth by those viewing dairy operations in event the 111 present and ongoing RFP does not yield an acceptable result. Strategic goals include preserving the historic 112 character ofthe building and landscapes, expand active and passive recreation, events and learning opt; jis for 113 visitor;s, attract new audiences and funding necessary operational and capital needs. Eight ofthe past ton years 114 have seen reventie exceeding operational expenses not-w ith stand ing obvious financial challenges, including 115 COVID restrictions. 116 J. The Stevens Estate 120 property occupies a significant portion of the watersbed.
