Discussion of Earth Day Cleanup being held on 4/25/21 at North Andover Middle School. 10a-2p.
--flyers, social media, NA CAM, schools.
Bryan spoke to Revision Energy,they will be coming to the event—possible mascot, worksheets.
Andy spoke to Merrimack College green team—unknown response at this time.
Police sign with details of cleanup to be posted soon.
Joanna spoke to Offbeet Compost,they will be coming to the event—discount price for signups that day.
Discussion of sending out our quarterly newsletter entry to our email list; asking questions to residents
about where they would like to see cleanups happen around North Andover to give us ideas of where to
send folks to cleanup; possibility of a Google form for cleanup, improvements (Jessica to make
adjustments to form as needed).
Discussion of sending out pounds collected in trash to folks after the cleanup; a sign-up sheet for the day
of the event to be sure we can fill all spots;talk of tents,table, supplies and gear for day of cleanup.

Pranali gave a Tree-plenish update—sold 197 out of 245 trees to date.
Andrew updated us on a recycling webinar he attended about plastic films—process of turning into
pellets and sell to make more items.
