Gr g i• : This Site Ilan Review was approved its April; most of the work is completed. Applicant requests 12 establishing a $35,000 bond to finish top coating&striping the parking lot, landscaping,final grading ofthe 13 vegetative infiltration basins and installation of trees and shrubs. A temporary Occupancy Permit has been issued 14 which expires 2 1 2 . We submitted this informatioji to DPW and have not received a response. 15 MOTION-& J. The vote was - , unanimous in favor. 19 0 Great Pond Road Lot 3 Gr at Pon d Road Sue Papalias Discussion on Common Driveway permit. 20 Board reviewed historic tinieline of project provided by Planning staff. 21 Susan I'ap li per, Lot 3 Great Pond Road: Gave brief history of lot acquisition. Two honies were constructed 22 on the otn non driveway, one sold a few years ago. Originally I intended to build a 5,700 sf home on the lot. I 23 was told the vegetation has grown out of control and I Would have to build a smaller he nie. I had builders invest 24 time and money trying to get the lot and they were told a firetruck would not be able to get down the street if there 25 were a fire. The lot we own is between two"'existing"homes. Building permits wereissued to the two ad a nt 26 homes. ]'ire leaving difficulty getting a perm it to build can my lot. I'm looking for this Board to say that I can build 27 on the lot that I purchased fifteen years ago. I have spent money on engineering and now Fin told I cannot put 28 house there and need to involve an attorney and engineer. 29 E. Goldberg: In order to proceed we require 3 applications before us to act on; a Watershed Special Pert it, a 30 Common Driveway Special Permit and an Access Other Than Legal Frontage Permit. 31 M. Gregoire: There are historic issues with the driveway that still exist today. It was not constructed properly; 32 landscape berm separating the driveways was not installed, lights were not provided, etc. Three lots servicing a 33 common driveway is not allowed tinder the Bylaw. The Decision was never recorded,the wetlands have grown. 34 There are a number of outstanding issues need to be reviewed. 35 Board:. Requested 51 Staff Planner to advertise invitation and solicit a response fromvolunteers on various social media venues. 52 MOTION: Board nominated K. Cormier to serve as Master Plan Implementation Committee representative. The 53 vote was 5-0, unanimous. Board discussed need to nominate two additional members from Town.
