Site Visit, Royal Crest Estates (1 Royal Crest Drive, North Andover): Proposed Master Redevelopment Plan for the
property. Purpose: balloon test to help visualize heights and locations of certain proposed buildings.
Meeting location: Meet at the Club House, 1 Royal Crest Drive.
Planning Board Site Visit (No Deliberation). This matter will be discussed at the Planning Board meeting scheduled for
Tuesday, June 1, 2021, location to be determined.
