Opening poem by Bridget Rawding
1. Update by Mark Bohrer
a. Anne Bradstreet poems to be read by Mark, Merrimack professor- Ellen at a Program for
north andover historical society- March 31st- Online
b. Next open mic on March 23,
c. Andrea Vallario Guest feature for NA open mic, next month
2. Contest Update
a. Poems are due by End of april
b. Sat May 22nd Date for Award ceremony
C. Bridget to be repository for all poems entries. Mark and Bridget will coordinate login
d. Mark to follow up with all Principals
e. Promotion and publicity
i. North Andover cam will post
ii. Mark will posterize and put it near the common and library
b. Awards
i. Create the printed awards? (To be decided)
ii. Gift card from business? (To be decided)
iii. Let judges know they can select special mentions. Apart from 1,2,3,judges pick the
ones they stood out for any particular quality, they name the category and mention what stood
out in the poem.
iv. Mark will send email to selectmen, letting them know about the contest

i. Marie to get approval and information for Common.
