conducted in person at the meeting location listed above and via remote means, in accordance with
applicable law. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of
the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the
Town's website, at www.northandoverma.gov.In person attendance of members of the public and
Board members will be permitted.A recording of the meeting will be posted on the Town of North
Andover website as soon as possible after the meeting. If the public would like to participate in public
hearings, but not attend the meeting in person please email your question/comment prior to the
