Regular Meeting~
The BOARD OF APPEALS held their regular meeting on Monday evening, April 12,
1965 at 7.'30 P.M. in the To~n ~,~ding. The following members were present and
voting: Da~4el T. 0~Leary, Chairman; Willia~ Morton, Secretary; Arthur D~ ...... ~ad
and newly appointed member James Deyo. John J. Shields arrived later.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Chair~an~ Mr. Morton nominated Y~. 0~Leary to be Chairman, Mr. Deyo seconded the
motion and the vote was unanimous. Mr. O'Leary will be Chai~an for
this year.
Secretary:
Mr. D~,mond nominated Mr. Morton to be Secretary, Mr. O'Leary seeonded
the motion and the vote was unanimous. Mr. Morton w~ll be Secretax~
for this year.
A letter will he sent to Mr. Lurid, who did not wish to he appointed to the
Board again, regretting his resignation, etc.
The Board signed the following bills:
