The BOARD OF APPEALS held their regular meeting on Monday evening, May 10, 1965
at 7.'30 P.M. in the Town B,,_4'l~l*h.~. The following members were present and voting~
Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; Willta~ Morton~ Secretary; Arthur Dx-~.mond and J,m~s
Deyo.
There was no business before the Board. for this meeting.
The Board members signed a b~_ll for services for Anna Donahue - $~O.35.
Mr. Perucci, Beverly Street, appeared before the Board for information eon-
cerning his property at the corner of Beverly and Union Streets. He wants to
take the present garage down and M,~ld a house there. He was told that the
Board did not have the right to divide the let and make smaller lots. The Board
advised b~m to contact the B~ding Inspector.
The meeting adjourned at 8.'00 P.M.
