SELECT BOARD MINUTES MARCH 17, 2022
Call To Order: Chair Laura Bates called the meeting to order at 3:01PM. The open session meeting was recorded.
Attendance (roll call vote taken): Chair Laura Bates, Janice Phillips, Richard Vaillancourt, Chris Nobile, Town Manager- Melissa
Murphy Rodrigues, and Director of Administrative Services, Laurie Burzlaff were present. Rosemary Smedile was absent.
Chair Bates read the following:
“Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting will be conducted via remote means. Members of the public who wish to
access the meeting may do so on their televisions by tuning to Comcast Channel 8 or Verizon Channel 26 or online at
www.northandovercam.org. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to
ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to
do so, for reasons of economic hardship and despite best efforts, we will post on the website an audio or video recording, transcript,
or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.”
LICENSING
MOTION: Mr. Nobile motioned to open a meeting of the North Andover Licensing Commission. Ms.Phillips seconded. Motion
approved by roll call vote 4-0.
Request of Jacky Levine of It’s All Good in the Kitchen, LLC for a Common Victualler license at 119 Main Street, Suite E-1
MOTION: Ms. Phillips motioned to approve the application from Jacky Levine of It’s All Good in the Kitchen, LLC for a Common
Victualler license at 119 Main Street, Suite E-1. Ms. Bates seconded. Motion approved by roll call vote 4-0.
MOTION: Mr. Vaillancourt motioned to close a meeting of the North Andover Licensing Commission. Ms. Phillips seconded.
Motion approved by roll call vote 4-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Ms. Phillips to adjourn the Select Board meeting at 3:12PM. Motion
approved by roll call vote 4-0.
