SELECT BOARD MINUTES MAY 9, 2022
Call To Order: Chair Laura Bates called the meeting to order at 5:30PM in Select Board Meeting Room.
Attendance: Chair Laura Bates, Janice Phillips, Richard Vaillancourt, Chris Nobile, Rosemary Smedile, Town Manager- Melissa
Murphy Rodrigues and Deputy Town Manager, Denise Casey were present.
Working session for presentations for May 2022 Town Meeting
Finance Committee Chair, Denevan O’Connell was present and joined the discussion with the Board about what topics to present for
articles 28 and 29. Town Manager Rodrigues and the Board reviewed the slides for the presentation at Town Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Ms. Phillips to adjourn the Select Board meeting at 6:00PM. Motion
approved 5-0.
