SELECT BOARD MINUTES MAY 17, 2022
Call To Order: Chair Laura Bates called the meeting to order at 5:45PM in Room 1121 of the North Andover High School
Attendance: Chair Laura Bates, Janice Phillips, Richard Vaillancourt, Chris Nobile, Rosemary Smedile, Town Manager Melissa
Murphy Rodrigues, Deputy Town Manager Denise Casey and Assistant Town Manager Laurie Burzlaff were present.
OLD BUSINESS
Vote on recommendation for Town Meeting Warrant Article 10
With the Police Lieutenants contract settled the Board can make their recommendation.
MOTION: Richard Vaillancourt made a Motion, seconded by Janice Phillips, to recommend favorable action on article 10.
Motion approved 5-0.
Town Meeting discussion
There were no other items for discussion.
MOTION: Chris Nobile made a Motion, seconded by Richard Vaillancourt that the Select Board recess their meeting and move to
the field house for Town Meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Nobile made a MOTION, seconded by Ms. Phillips to adjourn the Select Board meeting at 10:11PM. Motion
approved 5-0.
