Minutes of March 6, 2023

called the meeting to order at 7:03PM. The open session meeting was recorded in person in the Select
Board Room at North Andover Town Hall 120 Main Street North Andover.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
VOTE ON CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Ms. Sarro asked if there have
changes.
MOTION: Mr. Gray made a MOTION, seconded by Ms. Stetson, to adopt the Capital Improvement Plan as stated.
Motion approved 9-0.
DISCUSSION ON FINANCE COMMITTEE WARRANT LETTER
read and went through .
adding an additional section on 400 Great Pond Rd.
Section Assignments:
School Budget: Ms. Kean and Mr. Gray
Municipal and Shared Expense Budget: Ms. Pastor
Retiree Health Insurance and Pension Costs: Ms. Stetson
Reserves: Ms. Sarro
Enterprise Funds: Mr. Cheney
Capital Improvement Plan: Mr. Silk

APPROVAL OF OPEN SESSION MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY15, 2023
MOTION: Ms. Allen made a MOTION, seconded by Mr. Cheney, to approve the Finance Committee open session
meeting minutes of January 18, 2023. Motion approved 7-0-2.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Ms. Pastor made a MOTION, seconded by Mr. Silk, to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 7:25 PM.
Motion approved 9-0.
